GTD (Week 13... final week!)

This is our final week!!!


This lesson was a pretty chill lesson. We were given the first hour to work on our Tech projects. I spent my time doing a bit of producing, coming up with some musical ideas, and then also caught up on some blog posts.


For the last part of the lesson, Brad discussed GTD (Getting Things Done) and living in a world without digital stress. His talk covered coping with distractions, motivation and procrastination; as well as the positives and negatives of living in the digital age. This was all really eye opening for me, as I am someone who can easily get distracted with trying to focus on multiple tasks at once.

It was a fantastic way to end the semester as it was a reminder that turning off technology can be healthy. Much like the beginning of the semester began with a meditation, this was a good reminder that, no matter how much technology can take over your life, to always stay grounded.
